Home delivery
For those of you who are vulnerable and self isolating we will be offering an afternoon delivery service Tuesday through to Saturday between 2 & 5 pm. It’s important someone should be available at your home to receive the delivery or alternatively notify us of a safe place to leave your order. Please note our delivery radius is 5 Miles and there is a minimum spend of £10.
For either Shop collection or Home delivery please email your order to theshop@ncarter.co.uk. Don’t forget to include your name, delivery address & contact telephone number.
We will call you back to take payment over the phone or request a bank transfer. We are not as a general rule accepting cash at this time.
If you have no access to email please call the shop on 01625 662062. There is an answer service. If we’re busy and unable to take your call, please do leave a message, it will be listened to and actioned.
Please note our delivery service is to your doorstep, we cannot enter your premises. For your peace of mind our delivery drivers are equipped with disposal gloves and hand sanitiser.
